In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 5kbd9 website accessible at https://5kbd9.io and all associated services, features, games, and betting markets made available thereon.
• "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player for the purpose of accessing and using the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or eligible bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion and subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which the Platform is legally prohibited from accepting registrations or wagers.

• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to Bangladesh.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services available on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting markets (cricket, football, volleyball, E-Sports, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino table games, slots, and any other gaming products that 5kbd9 may introduce from time to time.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these terms and that the individual meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below. In any case, the Player is personally responsible for all activity conducted through their Account.

To register and use the 5kbd9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are not a current employee, director, agent, affiliate, or contractor of 5kbd9 or any of its associated third-party game providers, and you are not an immediate family member of any such person.

5kbd9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of services on the 5kbd9 Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 5kbd9 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Should you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 5kbd9 immediately by contacting customer support. 5kbd9 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your Account as a precautionary measure while the investigation is underway.

5kbd9 conducts KYC verification as required. You may be asked to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and evidence of your payment method. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal limits applied until verification is successfully completed.

5kbd9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

The 5kbd9 Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are detailed within the Cashier section of your Account.

All deposits are credited to your Account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5kbd9 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 5kbd9 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, 5kbd9 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method.

5kbd9 may decline to process a withdrawal if:

• The Player's KYC verification has not been completed satisfactorily;
• The Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• The withdrawal request is subject to an ongoing account review or dispute;
• Outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have not been met.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate. 5kbd9 accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect account as a result of player error.

5kbd9 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the promotion is launched and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times stated in the promotion before withdrawal is permitted. Standard wagering requirements are between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• Only bets placed on eligible markets or game categories count towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Markets with reduced odds (odds below a specified minimum, typically 1.50) may not contribute or may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and used after real-money funds are exhausted, unless stated otherwise.
• Promotions are limited to one per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless the promotional terms specify otherwise.
• 5kbd9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has partially completed the associated Wagering Requirement, 5kbd9 will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.
• Abuse of promotional terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and derived winnings.

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, and other gaming products available on the 5kbd9 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category, as published within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable product-specific rules.

In respect of sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format. 5kbd9 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any market at any time without prior notice, including in-play markets.
• In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Cricket matches that do not complete the scheduled minimum number of overs may be voided at 5kbd9's discretion.
• 5kbd9 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in odds has occurred (a "palpable error"). A palpable error is defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with market prices at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. Details of applicable limits are published within the relevant sports section of the Platform.

In respect of casino games and slots, all games are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. Each game operates under an independently audited random number generator (RNG). 5kbd9 does not control or influence the outcomes of any casino game or slot.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published by the respective game provider and are available to Players on request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5kbd9 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, with all associated balances forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, interact with games, or gain an advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players, sports participants, or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financially illegal activity;
• Registering multiple Accounts to circumvent betting limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or exploit any other restriction;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 5kbd9 staff, customer support agents, or other Platform users;
• Attempting to access other Players' Accounts without authorisation;
• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geo-restrictions and access the Platform from a Restricted Territory.

5kbd9 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will disclose Account information and transaction records in response to lawful requests or where there is reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.

All content on the 5kbd9 Platform — including but not limited to the 5kbd9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data — is the property of 5kbd9 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 5kbd9's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The 5kbd9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 5kbd9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform operates continuously and without error, we do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, delay, or technical fault at all times;
• Any information published on the Platform is complete, accurate, or up to date;
• The Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5kbd9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not 5kbd9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 5kbd9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

5kbd9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5kbd9 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. 5kbd9's decision on all disputes relating to betting outcomes, game results, and bonus eligibility shall be final, subject to any overriding legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
